Karbalayi ‘Ali, acting for himself and on behalf of Haji Ja‘far and his sister, Par Khanum, the children of Karbalayi Taqi, and Muhammad, the son of ‘Ali Akbar, acting on behalf of Yusuf and Karim, the sons of Ya‘qub, have sold a property in the Harzand Mountain, known as Mulla Chuquri, to Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim, in exchange for three thousand dinars.

Three marriage contracts: the marriage contract of Qamar Talʻat Khanum (Khanumagah) dated 6 November 1882, in which Rashid Bayg (chief of Police) and Mulla Mahmud act on her behalf; the marriage contract of Pari Jahan, daughter of Virdi Kalah (?), and Ahmad, son of Muhammad, with a mahr of 3 tumans, dated January 2,1883; the marriage contract of Shah Jahan Khanum, daughter of Sufi Muhammad Karim Javanrudi, and Muhammad Karim, son of Muhammad Sharif, with a mahr of 1 tuman and 5000 dinars, dated September 19, 1884.

Regarding a settlement and its revocation, 1882
Mulla ‘Ali, representing Ma‘sumah Khanum (daughter of the late Mirza Ibrahim Khan Muzaffar al-Dawlah), writes about a settlement and its revocation between Ma‘sumah Khanum and her husband, the late Hamid Mirza Yavar, over her paternal inheritance. Then he mentions that the late Hamid Mirza Yavar's inheritors cannot have any claims over Ma‘sumah Khanum's paternal inheritance.

Settlements of Baygum Khanum and Narjis Khanum, 1868 and 1877
1- Baygum Khanum gives the power of attorney for the collection and division of her paternal inheritance from her brother, Aqa Muhammad ʻAli (known as Kas Aqa), to her husband, Aqa Muhammad the son of Haji Ismaʻil (July 8, 1868); 2- Settlement of Mirza Musa Khan and Muhammad Khan representing themselves and their wives, Narjis Khanum and Baygum Khanum, with Muhammad ʻAli (known as Kas Aqa [their brother-in-law]) regarding the maternal inheritance of their wives and the deductions due to the payment of her debts (September 16, 1877).

Dividing the inheritance of Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters, 1874
Sa‘id al-Mulk's landed properties are divided among his three daughters, who have inherited them. Husaynquli Khan and Mirza Salih Khan represent their wives (Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters) and Shahzadah Khanum represents Nusrat al-Dawlah, who is the guardian of the underage Zinat Taj Khanum. The document lists the properties and shares of each party; part of the shared property remained undivided for everyone's benefit.
